Thursday, May 22, 2014. Well the 10 weeks with THF came and went. I bought 2 more weeks and those went by too quickly. I lost 17 out of the 20 pounds I had hoped to. Aside from my cheat meal on the weekends I was eating super clean and working out probably 4 days out of the week. Why oh why did I hit this 3 week plateau? I think from week 10-12 I lost 1 pound.
